Hi, I’m Dr. Nikita Goradia, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Gem Dental—my dream come true right here in Millburn! Growing up in India, I was fascinated by science, but a teenage visit to fix my wisdom teeth sparked my love for dentistry. That moment showed me how a caring dentist can turn discomfort into relief, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

What I love most about my work is connecting with all of you—kids giggling in the chair, adults tackling gum health, or anyone dreaming of a brighter smile with veneers. No matter your needs, I’m here to listen and make every visit feel like a warm conversation. I just had 4 different cavity treatments done that I had been neglecting for what might have been ages. Dr. Nikki was excellent in walking me through the steps. And these procedures were just a week after a tooth extraction and grafting that Dr. Nikki also performed.

She ensured that my pain was well managed throughout and she stopped the process a few times so that my jaw got some rest and to check-in if the local anesthesia was at the appropriate level, and I was able to provide my feedback with words or hand gestures. Full service including my favorite songs on the ceiling TV.

In addition, the staff had done a thorough job with the insurance company to ensure that there were no surprises and the payment was exactly what I was told a week before the procedure. In fact today’s procedure came at a slight discount because the doctor changed the process after discovering that one of the cavities wasn’t as bad as suspected via the X-Rays.

In all, while dental procedures aren’t necessarily what someone looks forward to, I am definitely looking forward to my next cavity work in a month. I am also seriously considering moving my kids and spouse to Gem Dental’s excellent, personal care.
